The price shown when you submit your tax information is an estimate based on what you told us. Your final fee is confirmed only after we review your situation and you approve it. No payment is due until your case and final price are approved.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. A confirmed payment — verified by Stripe or confirmed manually by our office — is required before an appointment time can be booked. Appointment changes follow the cancellation window shown for each service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide. Tax outcomes depend on your actual records; no refund amount or tax result is guaranteed.

Submitting information or booking a consultation does not by itself create a preparer–client engagement. An engagement begins when we accept your case and the agreed fee is confirmed. These terms may be updated; the version posted here applies.
